Album: Por Unos Ojitos Negros
Released 2010
An upbeat and happy tune with a lot of South American influence hence why I arranged and played it in the “Colombiana” palo (style). I had my good friends percussionist Raju Sharma play the bongos and Stole Petrovski play the trumpet Balkan style. Also listen out for what seems to be a pair of claves in the trumpet solo, it’s actually Raju playing on a teacup with a spoon!
