I named this piece after the river in Sevilla that runs alongside the flamenco neighborhood and some may say the birth place of flamenco “Triana”. When I wrote this piece, I was thinking of playing this piece in a Sevillanas palos (style) which even though some may say that it is not traditionally flamenco but it is traditionally Sevilla!
